Overall, the quality seems good and I’m mostly happy with it. That said, I did notice a few chipped corners, which was kind of disappointing. It’s still usable and looks decent, but I wish it had arrived in slightly better condition.

I ordered online and picked it up the same day. The staff already had everything ready when I got there, so I didn’t have to wait around or anything. Easy experiance overall.

I found the tile I wanted on Floor & Decor’s website, but i should’ve trusted my instinct when the site started feeling a little glitchy. It showed the tile was in stock, then after I placed the order, the availability changed. Pickup also took longer than the email said, and when I got there, nobody really seemed to know where my order was. Customer service did answer, but they didn’t really do much to help. The tile itself was fine once I finally got it, but the whole process was more stressful than it needed to be. Not the worst experience ever, but I probably wouldn’t hurry to order from them again.

When I got there, I parked in the pickup spot and called the number. Someone brought the order out quickly, checked it, and loaded it into my car. Nothing went wrong, so I’d probably use it again, but the interaction could’ve felt a little less cold.

I bought flooring from Floor & Decor and ran into an issue a few months later. Trying to get help with the warranty was frustrating. The store told me to call customer service, then customer service told me to go back to the store, and every time I talked to someone I seemed to get a different answer. It took way too many calls and I still never really got a clear solution. The prices were decent, but the support after the purchase was disappointing.

Checking out on Floor & Decor was painless, which is kind of all I want from an online order. The cart updated right away, the pickup options were easy enough to figure out, and I didn’t have to keep typing the same info over and over, which drives me nuts. Payment went through quickly, then the confirmation email showed up like a minute later. Nothing flashy or complicated, it just worked the way it’s supposed to. 5 stars from me.

They kept me updated well throughout the whole thing. I’d say I heard from them a few times along the way, which was enough for me to know what was going on without having to keep asking.

Our designer was really helpful and made the whole process feel easy . They listened to what we wanted , gave us solid ideas , and helped us feel confident with the final choices .
